Netivei Ayalon Ltd. (hereinafter " the Company " or " Netivei Ayalon ") hereby invites you to enter into an agreement with it to rent all the apartments together located at 42 Tidhar Street, which is owned by Netivei Ayalon, in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Terms and Conditions booklet .
2. Contract period The leased property will be leased to the winner of the tender on an unprotected lease for a period of three years. The winning tenant has the option to extend the lease period for 2 additional periods of up to 24 months each, subject to the consent of Netivei Ayalon, all as detailed in the lease agreement attached to the tender as Appendix B (hereinafter the "Lease Agreement").
3. The set of solicitation documents can be downloaded at www.ayalonhw.co.il under the "Tenders and Contracts" tab on the home page and from the online website, at https//bids.dekel.co.il/ayalon . The documents include a detailed description of the tender and its terms, as well as the text of the agreement to be signed with the winner and the terms of the contract. In any case of conflict between the provisions of this announcement and the provisions of the tender documents, the provisions of the tender documents shall prevail.
4. Clarification questions . Bidders may apply in writing no later than 22.05.2025 at 1200 noon (Israel time) via the designated tab on the tender page on the online website, detailing their identity and contact details for a response in order to receive clarifications regarding any contradictions, inconsistencies or ambiguities regarding the precise meaning of a section or any detail in the tender documents.
5. The meeting and tour of the bidders will take place on April 23, 2025 by prior arrangement only via email rotemd@ayalonhw.co.il . The meeting for the tour will be at the entrance to the leased property, at 42 Tidhar Street in Tel Aviv – at the exact time specified.
6. Submission of bids . The deadline for submitting bids is 1200 noon (Israeli time) on 24.06.2025. A bid that is not submitted in the automated system by the above date will not be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, it is emphasized that the submission of bids in the tender will be done in an automated manner as specified above only, and no bid will be permitted in any other manner (unless expressly stated).
7. N. Tive Ayalon does not undertake to accept any offer, and it reserves the right to reject any or all offers, at its sole and final discretion.
8. The Company may, at its sole discretion , negotiate with the Bidders (or any of them).
9. It is hereby clarified that the performance of the services subject to the tender is conditional on receipt of budgetary approval. |
